The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine and its partners invite active youth to participate in a one-day offline workshop “Partnership for Change. Youth Voice in Working Groups” to be held in Mykolaiv.
This workshop is an opportunity for young people to develop their civic engagement skills and contribute to the creation of new forms to make the voice of youth in the community heard.
Participants will learn more about youth participation, the work of the youth council and its advisory function, the activities and achievements of the working group on public safety and recovery in their community, the activities of Youth Focal Points, and will develop materials to explore the needs and problems of local youth.
- When: May 6, 2025.
- Where: м. Mykolaiv, Mykolaiv region. For security reasons, the location will be announced to registered participants.

We are looking for youth leaders aged 14-35 in the Mykolaiv community who are representatives of:
- youth council;
- active youth of the community (members of the student government, their associations, youth NGOs, youth infrastructure).
Twenty workshop participants will be selected based on the results of the application process. Please note that the organizers will contact only the selected participants. Direct participation in the full day of the workshop is mandatory.
Meals, coffee breaks and training materials will be covered by UNDP Ukraine. All security measures will be observed during the training.
The workshop is organized within the framework of the Youth Focal Points | Youth Coordinators in Community Safety and Recovery Working Groups program under the EU-UNDP flagship partnership “EU4Recovery – Empowering Communities in Ukraine” and with the financial support of the Government of Denmark.
