On March 24, the Educational and Research Institute of Automation and Electrical Engineering of the Admiral Makarov National University of Science and Technology hosted a meeting of students with representatives of the Mykolaivoblteploenergo and the city’s leading energy auditor, Daniel Bodu.
The key part of the event was a master class from our expert, who not only told about the peculiarities of the profession, but also demonstrated the operation of professional equipment “Testo”. The university received it through international cooperation.
“I told the students about the activities of an energy auditor, the needs of the profession, and my own experience in this field. I also showed them the main equipment for their work: a thermal imager, pyrometer, hygrometer, anemometer, dataloggers, sound level meter, luxometer, and a few others”, Daniel Bodou shared his impressions.
I would have liked to have had more time to show the devices in action in more detail, Daniel says, but even a brief overview aroused great interest. The students asked questions and showed interest in the profession.

We thank the university for actively supporting not only young people, but also local businesses in providing opportunities to attract new staff.
