Ihor Filippov has been appointed director of the agency. He has experience in management and local government, and in recent years has been involved in international initiatives for the city. The personnel changes will contribute to the further development of the Agency and the continuation of work in key areas in 2026.
The new director will be responsible for the stable operation of the Agency, supporting local initiatives and developing cooperation with partners to implement new projects in Mykolaiv.
In November, the previous director, Viktor Sykalenko, presented the team’s results for 2025 during a live broadcast on Facebook. He will continue to be involved in the implementation of other projects.
The Mykolaiv Development Agency is a municipal institution engaged in the preparation and implementation of projects in the areas of restoration, infrastructure, culture, and social development of the city.
